At Rally Club, we want you to love your pickleball-themed apparel. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds for:

• Shirts that were sent incorrectly

• Shirts that arrive damaged or defective

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, email rallyclubusahelp@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
